It is $45 for general admission for adult on December 2017.
$45 PLUS you will need to pay for mountain access. Weight must be between 32kg (70lbs) and 114kg (250lbs). You can book a day and time on the website.
Skiing, no problem. In a restaurant serving alcohol? This depends on their permit. If licensed as a bar, you can be denied access. Assuming you are asking about skiing or snowboarding... You must stay on the marked slopes that are patrolled.
If i can remember correctly, when i read the terms and conditions, it was non refundable. Best option would be to sell your ticket on Craigslist or Facebook.
Yes it is

Yes, gondola only unless you're up for a steep hike.
The best would be taking the gondola to the top, a lot of things to do with kids while waiting for your husband. The gondola is not cheap, so another option is the regional park at Cleveland Dam, on the way to Grouse. Grouse Grind is closed for maintenance for four weeks starting May 22, but BCMC is open.
63$ per adult
Beautiful spot for skiing and other activities. The only problem is that the ski school closes afternoon on Friday, so be early if you would like to join one of the classes. There's food and drinks up there so don't worry about that. Loved it!
I've lived in Vancouver for almost my whole life, and have been going to grouse for as long as I can remember. I've always loved it, and love it so much I'm having my wedding reception there. The staff are friendly, the runs are great, and there's so much more to do than ski. If you are visiting Vancouver, you definitely need to get to grouse mountain, all year round
2020 first time at grouse during winter and everything is exactly what i imagine! Thank goodness they have wifi at the lodge since sometimes signal isn't stable all the time! The dining and slopes are great, CS are amazing, the only part I'd wish can be improved would be increase more bus services (doesn't matter if you drive but otherwise you be waiting 30min-1hr)But overall, we had a great time and highly recommend everyone come and enjoy the mountains!
Had lunch & the family enjoyed our meals. My steak sandwich was great looking back over the city. Magnificent. Kids than ice skates before doing some tobogganing down a small slope. Even dad had a go so fun was had by all. Would highly recommend a visit as really easy to get to so make some time you will not regret it.
Took my parents here from out of town in the fall and we all had a really fun time! The shows are all free once you get up there so there is lots to do, we had no problem filling up the day and they are scheduled at good times so you can see everything. We even got to be right next to an owl, very cool. Great for all ages!
The best place during hot place. When it's above 30 degrees of Celsius (86 F) this place is like Heaven (a few degrees lower). The queue to the gondola was well organized and quick. If you like trekking then you should enjoy the trekking roads to and from the peak. When I was there it wasn't impossible due to the bushfires or forest fires in British Columbia. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I will definitely try to trek there. There is a restaurant with a great view, two grizzly bears (I'm not happy with this one to be honest) and the windmill where you can get to the top to see the mountains.
We took our 2yo son up for the day and we had a great time. Unfortunately mother nature did not provide enough snow for the sleigh ride to open. However we still went sliding, took a walk through the light walk and enjoyed the chalet. Food was pretty good as well.
